KARL M. KROMER. Geboren 1889 in Wien, Bürger von Vaduz 
(Liechtenstein). Besuchte 1906 - 1908 die Kunstgewerbeschule in 
Wien unter Jos. Hoffmann und Kolo Moser. 1908—1909 unternahm 
er eine Studienreise nach Italien. Hierauf arbeitete er als Dekorations 
maler für die Ausschmückung von Kirchen und öffentlichen Gebäuden 
in Berlin und Wien, betätigte sich als künsderischer Beirat am „Theater 
des Westens“. 1912 liess er sich in Zürich nieder und beschäftigte 
sich mit kunstgewerblicher Graphik, 1913 in Davos. Freie graphische 
Arbeiten und Aquarelle des Künstlers finden sich in öffentlichen 
Sammlungen in Wien, Berlin, Bern, Chur, St. Gallen.
